Essco pays competitive wages within the market and may reward employees by paying a discretionary bonus based on company performance and financial position. We have also established a tuition assistance program for expenses incurred through accredited institutions of learning after one year of employment.

The ability to train on multiple disciplines in our comprehensive lab is unprecedented in our industry and may include paid external training at industry conferences. A flexible work schedule allows employees to vary their arrival and/or departure times to balance work and personal commitments.
Paid Time Off
• Vacation time for part-time regular employees is accrued bi-weekly based on years of service.
• 40 hours of paid sick time is available for part-time regular employees.
• Part-time employees will earn floating holiday hours based on scheduled hours worked.

philosophy, the Company has established a tuition assistance program for expenses incurred through accredited institutions of learning after one year of employment.
Referral Bonuses
Essco Calibration Laboratory believes our existing employees are in a great position to help us find the best candidates. We will pay a referral bonus to employees who submit a successful new hire. If we hire your referred candidate, you are eligible for a $1500 referral bonus for a full-time employee and $750 for a part-time employee working less than 30 hours per week.
Casual Dress Code
The dress code for technicians is casual. Employees can wear jeans, t-shirts, and sneakers. Uniforms will be provided for positions such as technicians and drivers.
Lounge Area
Essco’s break room/lounge area offers space that is a comfortable area to recharge before refocusing on work priorities. We encourage employees to enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and snacks. Fresh fruit is available at the beginning of each week, and breakfast is provided on Fridays.
Company Outings
Essco offers an offsite summer outing and an offsite holiday outing to create a fun day for employees to interact and engage with co-workers to build relationships within the company.
Philanthropy
Essco is committed to improving the quality of life in the communities where our employees and their families live and work. We provide an opportunity for the Company to join with employees in supporting this commitment by matching charitable contributions of up to $250 per employee per calendar year to a registered charity. Employees are eligible to be paid for up to 8 hours per calendar year to volunteer time with a registered charity.
