We have expanded our capabilities again to now include the calibration of anemometers / wind speed indicators. We are able to calibrate most models with a base accuracy of 2% or greater at air speeds up to 1250 ft/min. For models that measure temperature or humidity these capabilities will be calibrated.
EFD Dispenser Calibration

We are pleased to announce that we have been chosen by EFD Inc.to be their calibration provider for the Ultimus™ 2400 series dispensers. EFD is the world's leading manufacturer of precision dispensing systems for applying controlled amounts of the adhesives, sealants, lubricants and other assembly fluids used in almost every manufacturing process.
Light Meter Calibration
We have added light meter calibration to our wide variety of capabilities. Using an Oriel Spectral Irradiance Standard that produces a NIST traceable light spectrum we now have the capability to calibrate your light meter. This direct calibration has far less uncertainty than the comparison to another light meter method and gives you the confidence you are looking for in your measurements.
National Instruments Calibration Services Partner

We are pleased to announce we are now a National Instruments Calibration Provider. Through the use of the NI Calibration Executive Software the calibration procedures for your instruments are run automatically using NI GPIB to communicate with external calibration standards.
We have the capability to calibrate DAQ’s, DMM’s, ARB’s, Dataloggers, DSA’s, Digitizers, Field Point Devices, Counter/Timers, Signal Generators, Scopes and more.
ISO 17025 accredited calibrations are available upon request.
Newly Aquired Pratt & Whitney Universal Lab Master
The ULM is capable of measuring gage blocks, end standards, plain rings, threaded rings & plugs, API gages, pin & plug gages, tapered plugs, cylindrical setting gauges, micrometers, indicators, LVDTs, calipers, and snap gauges with instrument uncertainty to 2 millionths of an inch (0.05 micron). It is suitable for virtually all ID and OD applications through its wide 0.020-inch (0.5 mm) to 14-inches (356 mm) measuring range. The ULM includes Pratt & Whitney’s GageCal software that automatically enters tolerances for rings, plugs, pins, balls, threads (calculates pitch/major diameter) and flags out of tolerance conditions.
ESSCO NOW OFFERS GAS FLOW CALIBRATION
Essco now offers gas flow calibration using the DH Instruments molbloc/molbox ™ system. This system has become the industry standard in gas flow metrology. We can now perform high accuracy low gas flow device calibrations in the range of 0.05-100 LPM to an accuracy of 0.5% of reading.
This flow calibration system can calibrate a wide variety of flow devices including thermal mass flow controllers, rotameters, turbine meters, bubble meters and others using either air or nitrogen. The software is capable of mathematically correcting for your flow meters that were factory calibrated with other gases.
We now join with many national measurement labs including NIST and The U.S. Military using this system.
