Michael Walsh, Principal
Michael has held many positions at Essco over the past 20+ years and now focuses on new business development. He holds a BS/BA in biomedical science and history along with an MBA, both from Boston University. In addition, he completed an executive management program at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

David Donnelly, President
Dave joined Essco Calibration Laboratory in 1975 after holding calibration laboratory positions with Raytheon and with LFE. He has served as president of Essco since 1997. Dave is a graduate of the Coyne School of Electricity, Mount Ida College and the Boston University Executive Business Management Program. He has attended numerous training and certification programs over the years.

Joe Morse, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
A member of our team since 1977, Joe has held his current position as vice president of sales and marketing since 2004. Previously at Essco, he worked as a sales account manager and sales team leader. Joe has completed a direct marketing program at Bentley University and attended many sales and marketing programs over the years.

Kevin Pistey, Quality Manager
A calibration technician at Essco from 1980 to 1982, Kevin rejoined the company in 2009. He has also worked as a quality systems engineer at Jabil Circuit and a metrologist and senior metrologist at Digital Equipment. Over the years, Kevin has attended numerous training and certification programs in the calibration and quality fields.

Debra Rogers, Customer Service Manager
Prior to joining Essco in 1993, Deb was a customer service rep at Tektronix and owned her own business. She attended North Middlesex Community College and Fitchburg State College, studying business management and various computer applications.

Tom Thomas, Onsite Manager
In 1997 Tom joined our team as an onsite calibration technician, after working at calibration laboratories at Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories, Advanced Conversion Technology and ISC Defense Systems. He has been our onsite manager since 2005. While serving in the U.S. Navy from 1978 to 1986, Tom worked in two different calibration laboratories. A graduate of the U.S. Air Force PMEL School, he has an associate degree in electronics from Key West Community College.

Diane Stephens, Controller

Diane joined the Essco team as its newest member in March 2013.   She has previously served as Controller in various industries including software development, hardware and systems and professional services. Diane also spent 11 years with Long’s Jewelers, holding various roles during her tenure.   Diane is a graduate of Worcester State College and holds her BS in Accounting.  She has also taken courses at Southern New Hampshire University towards her Masters in Accounting.
